Sioux Falls Sola appreciates the opportunity to contribute our floral and bridal services to your wedding day. Here at Sioux Falls Sola, our goal is to provide you with high quality wood flowers and designs as well as make every effort to ensure that you are provided with exceptional bridal services. Sioux Falls Sola wants to help make your wedding day unforgettable!
Sioux Falls Sola reserves the right to cancel this contract at any time if we feel that the obligations cannot be met. In the event of a fire, natural disaster, tragedy, or other emergency, your liability is limited to a full refund of all monies paid. Please note that your wedding deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Payments may be made by cash, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo, Check, or Credit card in person.
Deposit/Final Payment: Client understands that a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure the selected wedding date, and represents the agreement to the terms of the contract. Client understands that failure to make my payment in full as scheduled, results in agreement being no longer valid and client may be subject to cancellation fees. Final Payment is due before shipment or pick-up of product.
Additional add-ons will be invoiced at the time of order. If ordered after final payment, Client understands they are responsible for payment in full prior to pick-up or shipment. Sioux Falls Sola understands that unexpected changes and updates will occur up until the wedding date, and will make every conceivable effort to accommodate client’s circumstance(s). Unfortunately, with last minute changes, Sioux Falls Sola cannot guarantee that the same flowers or greenery will be available on orders made after the original request, but will work diligently to match the color and style as closely as possible.
Pick-up/Shipping: Local customer pickup is available in Sioux Falls, SD upon request. Shipping is available if local pickup is not utilized at full expense of the client. No flower setup services are provided by Sioux Falls Sola.
If shipping is requested, Sioux Falls Sola will ship your package(s) via UPS, unless otherwise requested. The wedding order does not include shipping charges, these will be billed separately. Sioux Falls Sola will package your order with great care to ensure client’s flowers arrive in excellent condition, but Sioux Falls Sola cannot be responsible for how the shippers handle merchandise through transit. Any external box damage should be reported to the shipping company at the time of delivery. If there is damage or loss during transit, it is the client’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company. Once the order has been shipped, Sioux Falls Sola is not responsible for lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged shipments.Cancellations: In the event the client elects to cancel their order with Sioux Falls Sola, Client agrees that they will submit a request for cancellation in writing. Additionally, client acknowledges that they are requesting custom order floral design work from Sioux Falls Sola, and understand that, in the event client chooses to cancel their order, they may be subject to cancellation fees for any supplies bought above and beyond the deposit amount. In the event of cancellation, client understands that the non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
I understand that by paying my deposit seals this contract and acts as my agreement to the terms and conditions outlined above.
